Squamous Cell Carcinoma in situ (SCCis – AKA Bowen’s Disease AKA Intra Epidermal Carcinoma (IEC)
Well differentiated SCC
Moderately differentiated SCC
Poorly differentiated SCC (worsening prognosis)
Combination BCC and SCC (non-melanotic carcinomas) make up 95% of what we see
Tend to be recurrent sores that don’t heal
